A Focused Approach for Immediate Insights: His single session option is designed for those seeking immediate guidance or a deeper understanding of 5D Quantum Healing & Awareness. Conditioned beliefs that undermine your courage or downplay your innate clarity will not stand a chance in this tailor made private coaching training program with Zarathustra. Your self-judgment, fear, perfectionism, cynicism, and any small-mindedness that holds you back from feeling deeply happy and consistently free, will not survive in this one-on-one environment.

Pre-Program Preparation
Preparation for the Life Training Program: To maximize the benefits of your session, it is recommended to spend some time in reflection, considering the areas in your life where you seek healing and clarity. You may also wish to meditate or engage in a calming activity prior to your meetings with Zarathustra.
3-Part Video Series: To enhance your experience and deepen your practice, you’ll receive access to a 3-part video series. Zarathustra recommends watching videos prior to beginning the Life Training Program, as they are specially curated to prepare you for your transformative journey ahead.
Core Program Structure
- Live meetings with Zarathustra:
- The heart of the program consists of a total of 8 weekly meetings with Zarathustra. That includes your first and last sessions (assessment & post- program support).
- During these sessions, you will be guided through specific self-awareness and self-healing practices tailored specifically to your personal growth and spiritual awakening.
- Each training session includes a powerful energy transmission to help you raise you’re vibrations to higher frequencies typically lasting one hour.
- Direct Access to Zarathustra: Throughout your training program You will be given direct access to Zarathustra via WhatsApp in case you may have any questions.
Post-Program Support
Follow-Up Session: After completing 7 weeks of Life Training Program, you will have a 60-minute follow-up session with Zarathustra. This session is designed to review your progress, consolidate your learnings, and discuss the path forward in your continued journey of self-discovery and enlightenment.
Session Recordings for Your Convenience
For the benefit of your personal growth and to enhance your Life Training Program journey, every session will be meticulously recorded via Zoom. This is done to ensure that you have the invaluable opportunity to revisit and reflect on your experiences and the insights gained throughout the program. Each recording will be securely uploaded to Dropbox, where you will have exclusive access to view and download the sessions at your leisure. This allows you to continue learning and integrating the teachings at a pace that suits your individual needs and preferences.
